Flo Harris Lodge has on-site managers ...Peter and Ruth Blencowe arrived in 2009 as the new Managers at Flo. The Blencowes have been involved for many years in Bible teaching ministry working in churches in Adelaide, overseas and more recently in Sydney.Peter and Ruth were originally trained and worked as primary school teachers with Ruth involved in special education. They have four married sons and twelve grand-children.They are enjoy caring for a lively group of 50 residents at Flo.

David and Rosemary Andison are the Youth Workers at Flo for 2009. They are charged with the task of getting alsong side residents to encourage them to be part of life at Flo. They also run a Bible Study and organise some social events.
