Established by Petesham Baptist Church (adjacent) over 50 years ago, 'Flo' seeks to provide a warm and secure Christian environment as, 'a caring community with a family atmosphere' for young people. Typically, residents are aged 18-25 and come from regional or rural Australia. Most residents are here to begin tertiary studies or take up first-time employment. We also welcome residents from overseas. Residents of 'Flo' enjoy each other's company and leave (usually after 2 years) having formed strong friendships.
